NCWiseOwl – Databases and Research Tools

NCWiseOwl provides students with a curated collection of online resources to provide them the information that they need for research and school assignments.

NCWiseOwl is an online research tool for students in all grade levels looking to find curated resources for research and classwork purposes. It can be accessed from the school’s Destiny homepage without the need for a separate log-in or password, although passwords can be assigned to provide for access outside of the school location, Resources are organized into four major categories : Elementary School, Middle School, High School and Professional, and tabs are also provided to allow for alphabetical or subject searches. NCWiseOwl’s subscription databases contain information from thousands of sources from magazines, online encyclopedias and reference sources, and many others to which NCDPI subscribes.
